My Personal Thoughts on Polar’s New M200 Running Watch

Disclaimer: I’m a 2016 Polar Ambassador and as such have received an M200 to review and no cost. All opinions are my own. So I’ve been using the new Polar M200 for a few weeks now. I’ve already given you a rundown of some of the features of the watch here, so now it’s time for my own thoughts. First and foremost, the M200 is a running watch. It has integrated GPS, wrist-based heart rate monitoring and gives you display options during your run so that you have easy access to the data that is most important to you on Read More …

Polar Introduces M200 Running Watch

Disclaimer: as a Polar Brand Ambassador, I received an M200 Running watch as part of my ongoing relationship with the brand. All opinions are my own. ********** For my friends and family in the US, you guys have been on a roller coaster ride over the past couple of weeks but I’m hoping that as you all prepare to celebrate your Thanksgiving, you can take some time to reflect, enjoy and find joy in the little things. You also have this crazy tradition of Black Friday. I’ll admit…I don’t get it but I also am not a fan of shopping Read More …

Polar Teases us with New M600

So I’ve been an ambassador for Polar for a little while now. I’ve had the opportunity to test out some cool products and I have always been amazed and happy with whatever I’ve had. My toy of choice for the last year has been the M400. It’s seen me through some great miles and some tough ones. We’ve had good times and bad (literally and figuratively). WFPS 10K Race Recap

Another race recap! I know many of you race a lot more than me. Some of you even toe the line multiple times in a month. As much as I love the race day atmosphere, I just can’t race every weekend. Firstly because I can’t afford it (seriously…where is the jackpot out there that allows you to fork out hundreds of dollars a month. Someone out there is hoarding and I demand some sharsies), and secondly, as much as I hate to admit it, I just don’t have the physical stamina to push myself on a regular basis anymore. In Read More …

Lemming Loop Race Recap

First recap at the Harvest! Seems fitting that it’s a trail race recap for some reason 🙂 Lemming Loop crossed my radar about 3 weeks before the actual event. It’s an awesome trail race where participants run a 3.3km loop as many times as possible in a selected amount of time: 3hrs, 6hrs, 12hrs or 24hrs. It’s a great challenge for runners of all skill levels from beginner to ultra marathoner. Super cool. I signed up to do a relay version of the 12 hr race as a team of 3. It was daunting given that I hadn’t trained for Read More …
